Property management for exceptional DFW homes
Your rental deserves more than a quick listing and a lockbox. Willow’s marketing team helps it stand out to qualified renters, while our management team handles leasing, rent collection, repairs and clear owner updates.

A vacancy, an overdue payment or a repair request can quickly take over your day. You deserve a local team that keeps the work moving and brings you clear recommendations when a decision is yours.
From the first rental analysis to the next lease renewal, Willow connects the details so you can stay involved without handling every call, showing and service request yourself.
Marketing that works for landlords
A vacancy costs money every day. Willow’s marketing team develops the photography, property story and launch plan to put your home in front of qualified renters. We pair that presentation with market-based pricing and follow-through on every serious inquiry.
What the work includes
From finding a resident to keeping the home cared for, Willow helps you enjoy ownership with fewer daily interruptions.
Understand what your home could rent for, what needs attention before launch and how to respond to the market.
Let Willow coordinate prospect follow-up, showings and consistent applicant screening, with a documented recommendation you can understand.
Keep signatures, required funds and condition records organized so the tenancy starts with clear expectations.
Spend less time keeping up with payments. Willow manages rent collection and tracks income and expenses, with clear owner reporting.
Have someone to receive repair requests, assess urgency and coordinate approved work, while keeping you informed about costs and decisions.
Know where things stand today and what is coming next, from maintenance decisions to lease renewals and the next leasing plan.
Services, approval limits, reporting cadence and any additional charges are confirmed before an owner signs. See how a proposal is organized →
The owner view
The Willow owner guarantees
Know what to expect from your management team, with practical promises backed by clear terms.
No leasing fee until Willow places an approved tenant.
If an eligible home is not leased to a qualified tenant within 30 calendar days of launch, Willow waives one monthly management fee.
A useful response to a routine owner email or voicemail by the next business day, or a credit of one monthly management fee.
Clear terms before you commit
Willow quotes each property in writing after reviewing its location, condition, expected rent and requested service. The proposal separates the services and fees so you can compare the real cost of ownership.
For an owner who needs help preparing, marketing and placing a qualified resident but will manage the tenancy afterward.
For an owner who wants leasing and the ongoing work of managing the property and resident relationship.
Broker compensation is negotiable. We disclose the actual fee amounts and applicable guarantee terms in the written agreement; this page does not quote a universal rate. Request a property-specific proposal →
Is Willow a fit?
Rent or sell?
Projected rent alone does not answer whether keeping a property makes sense. A useful review should put the expected income beside the costs and the owner’s time horizon.
