The Willow seller service standards

A plan before launch. A real update every week.

You should know how your home will be positioned and what is happening once it is on the market. These standards make Willow's work visible and accountable.

How these standards work

These commitments address Willow's own preparation and communication. They do not promise a particular sale price, buyer, offer, or closing date. The applicable service standards and any property-specific details belong in the signed listing agreement.

For sellers · 01

A written plan before launch.

Before an eligible Willow-listed home is publicly marketed, the seller receives a written pricing rationale, preparation decisions, planned media and marketing, an agreed target launch date, and the first review date.

When the launch date is set

Willow and the seller agree on the date after the home is ready for media and showings and Willow has the information, access, signed documents, asking price, and seller approvals needed to launch. Seller-directed changes to readiness, access, price, or timing are recorded in writing and may move the agreed date.

If Willow misses

When a delay after the agreed date is caused by Willow, the broker provides the seller a written explanation, revised date, and recovery plan by 5 p.m. Central on the next business day. The broker oversees the listing until it is live. This service commitment does not provide a cash payment or fee credit.

For sellers · 02

A substantive update every seven days.

Beginning when an eligible Willow listing is publicly live, Willow sends the seller an update at least every seven calendar days while the home remains actively listed for sale. The update covers showing activity, available feedback, marketing activity, relevant competing homes, and Willow's next recommendation. When there is little activity, the update explains that and recommends a response.

What counts

A personalized email or a documented call that addresses the property counts. Automated showing notices and generic check-ins do not. Once the property is under contract, the transaction follows its own milestone and deadline communications rather than this active-listing schedule.

If Willow misses

Willow sends the overdue update by 5 p.m. Central on the next business day after the missed deadline. The broker reviews the communication plan with the assigned agent. This service commitment does not provide a cash payment or fee credit.
